JERROLD PRYOR

Jerrold Allan Pryor, 62, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly, June 2, 2020.

He was born in Oxford, Ohio on May 28, 1958, to the late Donald Pryor and Betty Bean Pryor.

Jerry was a retired member from the Ironworks Local 549. A man with many talents, Jerry’s true gift was welding. His extraordinary talent gave him the ability to create most anything. He loved farming, gardening, and fishing. He retired at 58 to spend more time with his farming. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Jerry enjoyed spending time at home, being with family, and the special bond shared with his grandson, Evan.

Jerry’s memory will be cherished always, by those who survive; wife, Sherri Pryor of Barnesville; daughter, Nicole (Drew) Jones of Sugarcreek; grandson, Evan Goff; sisters, Mary Lou (Monty) Carpenter of Quaker City, Jane Pryor of Virginia Beach; brother, Jeff (Debbie) Pryor of Stockport; and a host of friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, June 7, 2020 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm at the home of Jerry and Sherri, 62519 Joe Jeffers Road, Barnesville. Nothing would please Jerry more than family and friends gathering together, sharing stories and enjoying the comradery.

A private family interment will take place at a later date.
