DOROTHY HERMAN
Dorothy H. (Donley) Herman, 93, of Yorkville Ohio, died January 28 2021 at home with family at her side. She was born in West Wheeling, Ohio on September 2 1927 to the late Clifford Donley and Genevieve Kappler Donley. She is preceded in death by husband William J Herman Jr. Dorothy is survived by her children Genevieve (Jennie Lou) Herman Henderson of Winchester Va., and James R (Tammy) Herman Sr. of Tiltonsville, Ohio
She has 5 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
Dorothy served her community for many years, donating her time to Tiltonsville Vol Fire Dept. Ladies Aux. holding various officer positions,
VFW Post 4811 Ladies Aux. were she served as Vice President,
SOAR of the Yorkville Chapter serving as VP and President,
Member of the Tiltonsville United Methodist Church Tiltonsville, Ohio,
and Daughters of America.
Friends will be received at Borkoski Funeral Home 337 Jefferson St.
Tiltonsville Ohio. On Friday Feb 5 from 2p to 4p and 6p to 8p.
Saturday Feb 6, 11a to 12 p visitation 12p services by Pastor Dan Holt officiating, Burial following services at Holly Memorial Gardens.
