Bill Skaggs
William F. “Bugger” Skaggs, 65, of Powhatan Point, OH formerly of Wegee, Shadyside, OH passed away peacefully Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Acuity Specialty of Wheeling with family by his side.
He was born October 11, 1955 in Bellaire, OH., a son of the late George and Martha Beckett Skaggs.
He was a graduate of Shadyside High School and was a retired carpenter with local # 432 of Pittsburgh. He was employed by the Cardinal, Kammer and Mitchell Power Plants until retirement. He was a Methodist by faith.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce A. Petho Skaggs of Powhatan Point; and a brother to Pauline, Walter and Nancy. Numerous nieces and nephews.
Very thankful to the help provided by Pauletta, Steve, Rose and Lew for the past two weeks and special thanks to Mark (Bud-O) Petho for all his help.
Bill was an avid Pittsburgh Sports fan. He will be missed by his furbaby “Lacie Loo Loo”
As per his wishes, no visitation or services are planned.
