ELLA HUSTON
Ella Louise Mozden Huston passed peacefully into the arms of her departed husband Carl Richard Huston on Saturday, June 19th. From her birth on April 18th, 1934 to August and Mary D. Mozden, Ella lived a long life, finding great joy in her ever growing family, passion for gardening, and a love of caring for animals.
On December 5th, 1953, Ella married her beloved husband, Carl, and they were blessed with five children, MaryEllen (David Schramm), John, Ann (Greg Kemp), Myron, and Katrina (Eddie Hibbitts), raising them with the instilled values of hard work, love, and morality that could only be found in a loving, caring home. Carl lived to see the birth of 9 grandchildren before passing on September 20th, 1988, not knowing he would receive a total of 16 grandchildren through the subsequent years ( Daphni Schramm (Samuel Shrieve), Candice Schramm, Jesse Schramm (Kate Abshire), Sean Huston (Jessica Christian), Jocelyn Huston (Rocky Thoburn), Kayla Huston (Jerrod Hamaker), Julianna Kemp (Rocky Hise), Elijah Kemp (Dana Melvin), Jeremiah Kemp (Sarah Francino), Hillery Kemp (Jeff Lucas), Isaiah Kemp, Olivia Kemp (Aaron Bolt), Michaela Kemp (Anthony Paree), Hosanna Kemp (Chris Lambert), Hunter Huston, Laiken Hibbitts).
Ella was a devoted grandmother, and enjoyed spending as much time as she could with her family. As her grandchildren came of age, they too expanded the family by supplying a continual stream of great-grandchildren, currently 31 (Blake Shrieve, Harley Shrieve, Cole Shrieve, Eli Shrieve, Anabehle Brandenburg, Norah Bailey, Devin Schramm, Carl Schramm, Savannah Huston, Hailey Huston, Wesley Huston, Waylon Huston, Whitley Huston, Kendle Thoburn, Reagan Thoburn, Jacob Fisher, Kynna Hamaker, Benjamin Hise, Ella Hise, Gideon Hise, Makenna Hise, Bonnie Kemp, Lucy Kemp, Millicent Kemp, Brunhilde Kemp, Noah Lucas, Levi Lucas, Caleb Lucas, Ezekiel Lucas, Phoebe Bolt, Axel Paree).
She will forever be in our hearts and on our minds as we continue her legacy. The family would like to express immense gratitude towards The Country Club Rehabilitation Campus & Senior Living Communities and their incredible staff for providing the comfort and care Ella deserved.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in the name of Ella Huston to the South Bellaire United Methodist Church Sunday School by going to “TMCFunding.com”.
Services are to be held at the Bellaire Chapel of Bauknecht Altmeyer Funeral Homes, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, OH 43906. Visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Thursday, June 24th. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio.
