Cadiz Junior Auxiliary helping others

HELPING OTHERS is a way of life for the members of the Cadiz American Legion Post 34 Junior Auxiliary. The members are currently planning a trip to the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center in mid-May and need your help.

They are seeking donation of items to take to the hospital including paperback books, magazines, stationary, pens, white socks for both men and women, slipper socks, baby oil, baby powder, foot powder, shaving cream and needle and thread sets. If you prefer, you make a monetary donation to the group which will be used to purchase the items on your behalf.

In addition, area residents are also encouraged to make the trip to Cleveland with the group. Participants will department Cadiz at 7 a.m. on May 15. The members of the Junior Auxiliary will be providing a sack lunch for all making the trip.

For more information, to make a donation, or confirm you participation in the trip, call Danielle Manbeck at 740-942-9373 or 74-381-9187 or Jessica Fish-Manbeck at 740-942-9730 or 740-491-0046.
