Dear Editor,
The family of John M. Ruskowski is humbled by the kindness and generosity of our families, friends and co-workers, neighbors and everyone who shared a moment of prayer for John, who was killed in a horrific truck/automobile accident last month.
So many wonderful people will receive a thank you note from us, however, many more people need to be publicly thanked for your kindness. Reflecting on the immensity of love, has given us so much strength.
We do not know what our days ahead will be like, but we do know that there could not be a more wonderful place to live.
We love you all and only wish we could stretch out our arms to the entire Ohio Valley and father.
Each and everyone of you deserve the biggest hugs ever, and please don’t forget us in the months and years ahead.
We are having such busy days dealing with this tragedy, doing things we never dreamt we would ever have to do and wondering if we can even move on and how.
Just know we will need your shoulder to cry on and a loving ear.

The Women’s Club of Bridgeport would like to say a special “Thank You” to all of the following businesses who donated money or a door prize for our recent Longaberger Bingo which was held on April 11, at St. Anthony’s Hall in Bridgeport.
They include: Amanda Adams, Longaberger Consultant; Chapter Square, Rite Carpet, AAA of Belmont County, Wilson Furniture, Burger King, Weaver’s Barber Shop, Outback Steakhouse, Pizza Hut, Lansing Sportsman’s Club, M C Thomas Insurance, Wesbanco Bank, Papa John’s Pizza, Maroon Enterprises, Riesbeck’s Food Markets, Rhodes Florist, Eat ‘n Park, Walmart.
We would also like to thank all of our club members who donated so graciously and gave of their time to make this event successful.
It is only because of the support and generosity of our local businesses that we, as a club, can continue to have these fundraisers so that we in turn can help our Bridgeport Community.
