Dear Editor,

On the evening of Wednesday, July 7, in the auditorium of the Martins Ferry Public Library, State Representative, John Domenick of Ohio’s 95th District held, what I consider to have been, a very informative town-hall style meeting.

Mr. Domenick was very gracious and very receptive to answer whatever questions those of us attending the meeting had in detail.

I feel such a session was a “win-win” for me. Mr. Domenick as well as his constituents. He is truly a man “of the people.”

I would also like to commend Yvonne Myers and her staff at the Martins Ferry Public Library for their professionalism and hospitality in housing this fine event, as well as officials of the city of Martins Ferry who were very supportive of this effort and local media for helping “get the word out.”

I consider the aforementioned town-hall meeting to have been a very positive experience.

I sincerely hope and believe that others in attendance feel likewise.
