Bamboozled
Dear Editor,
The front page article of Saturday, Aug. 14, by Joselyn King which quoted Jan Jennings, chief executive officer of Ohio Valley Medical Center and East Ohio Regional Hospital, pertaining to employee weight was a classic Red Herring (or would bamboozled be more descriptive)?
To borrow a phrase from James Joyce, Mr. Jennings, seemed to be groping for “applause from the gratefully oppressed.”
