The real "snow job" is the danger to health of humans, wildlife and the environment wrought by the use of road salt. Aside from all of the metals and minerals found naturally, a chemical called SODIUM FERROCYANIDE is added as an anti-caking agent. People don't realize the potential health risks to humans that include an increased chance of cancer. It also creates vegetative "dead Zones" damage to aquatic life, trees and kills birds by the thousands. But heck, it's wonderful that the state roadies got an award, because making them feel good is what really matters.
