Every town has people who don't pay their water bills. Isn't an excuse to go after the homes of people who do pay their bill. It also isn't right to deny water service to a home by leading the owner in circles and playing the blame game because they dug up the line some years ago because they could not find the curb stop and don't want to put a new one in. You don't look at something from the outside and say end of discussion when the first person speaks up. You must be a city official.

Really, Jason.... Water bills have been a problem for 40 years in Bellaire because of dead beats not paying their bills. End of discussion.

Thats because they are going around telling everyone there is a two year old lien on their house and they have to cough up money from two year periods in which service was off and no one resided in the property. They are even using the police to help intimidate residents. shady shady business. I think the crooks in the water dept. got replaced with new crooks.
