Norman, Goforth

Shayla Marie Norman and Daniel Floyd Goforth were united in marriage July 14 at 6:30 p.m. on Longboat Key, Fla., with the Rev. Georgeann Butler officiating. The bride was escorted by her father.

Parents of the bride are Steve and Debra Norman of St. Clairsville. Parents of the groom are Donald and Toni Goforth of Okeene, Okla.

Attendants were Roger Butts as best man, Stephanie Caldwell, Stephanie Lonski, Jessica Ludwig, Kala Mowery, Karen Norman, Justine Rice, Pete Bruster, Doug Fox, Steven Norman, Daniel Watkins and Richard Watkins. Ellie Silvius was the junior bridesmaid and Reagan Caldwell was the flower girl. Will Caldwell and Alex Norman served as ring bearers. Program attendants were Brandi and Kathryn Garrison.

Following the beach ceremony, a reception was held in the Island House of the Longboat Key Club and Resort.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2005 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor of business administration degree in finance. She is employed by JPMorgan Chase in Columbus as a branch manager.

Her husband is a 2003 graduate of Okeene High School and a 2007 graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree in communications. He is a cash management sales specialist at JPMorgan Chase in Columbus.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Jamaica and reside in Hilliard, Ohio.
