MOKROS, Bernice E., 89, of Pipe Creek, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Liza's Place in Wheeling, West Virginia.
She was born September 6, 1923 at Pipe Creek a daughter of the late George and Myrtle McCabe Williams.
She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at the former City Hospital in Bellaire, Ohio. Bernice was a wonderful and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Mokros on November 24, 2001 and her brothers, Paul, Charles and James Williams.
Surviving are her sons, Roger (Patty) Mokros and Larry (Gloria) Mokros of Pipe Creek. Also three grandsons, Rick (Emily) Mokros, Doug (Nicolle) Mokros and Jason (Jayna) Mokros and four great- grandchildren, Kurt, Luke, Rylie and Alivia Mokros.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio on Sunday from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Margie Carr officiating.
Interment in the Powhatan Cemetery in Powhatan Point, Ohio.
