The Old Flour Mill

February 17, 2014
Times Leader

THE OLD Flour Mill at Hannibal was the largest between Pittsburgh and Cincinnati when this photo was taken about 1887. It covered nearly one acre, was four and a half stories high and sometimes received shipments as high as 1500 sacks of wheat at a time. There were about 14 men working the flour mill.
