MORRISTOWN — Union Local ran its volleyball record to 2-0 with a sweep of visiting River Wednesday night inside ‘The Hangar.’

The Jets prevailed by scores of 25-8, 25-4 and 25-4.

Sophomore Torre Kildow led the way with 14 kills, seven aces, six assists and four digs. Senior Casey Kildow added 12 assists, six digs, three aces and a like number of kills. Classmate lacy Bilyeu chipped in 13 sets and five digs. Emily Kellaway had five digs; Reagan Vinskovich four kills; and Keira Gregor with four kills.

Paige Barkus paced the Pilots with two points and Emily Taylor charted five digs.

Beallsville sweeps Bridgeport

AT BEALLSVILLE, the Blue Devils received 10 kills and four aces from Makenna Phillips as they swept past the Bulldogs, 25-9, 25-13 and 25-19.

Trinity Abbott added 12 assists and four kills while Cheyenne Riley contributed seven assists, five aces and four kills.
