MARION MUCHA
Marion L. Mucha, 100, of Bridgeport, formerly of Rocky River, OH, entered eternal life on Saturday, September 5, 2020, at Park Health Center St. Clairsville, OH.
She was born October 27, 1919, in Cleveland, a daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (O’Connell) McNamee.
Marion was a devoted wife and mother. She was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph P. Mucha in 1979; two sons, Daniel P. Mucha and Thomas J. Mucha; brothers, Frank and Lawrence McNamee; sister, Coletta McNamee, (Sister Mary Luke C.S.A.).
Marion is survived by her son. Fr. John Mucha of Bridgeport; a brother, James (Mary Jean) McNamee of Cleveland; two granddaughters, Victoria and Samantha Mucha; a daughter-in-law, Debra Mucha; also several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, from 4-8 p.m., with wake service at 6 p.m.; then at McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home, 14133 Detroit, Ave. Lakewood, OH, 44107, on Thursday, from 4-7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on September 11, at St. Angela Merici Catholic Church, 20830 Lorain Rd., Fairview, OH, 44126, at10 a.m., interment at Holy Cross Cemetery Cleveland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church; or St. Anthony Catholic Church, 68210 Neola Ave. Bridgeport, OH, 43912.
