Flames engulf a tractor-trailer parked alongside Ohio 149 at Interstate 70 exit 208, just across from the Pilot fuel station, at about 10 p.m. Thursday. Belmont County 911 confirmed that Morristown, Belmont and Bethesda fire departments responded as well as Ohio State Highway Patrol. Bethesda Fire Department spokesman Richard Quinlin said the driver was not injured. The Belmont County Emergency Management Agency responded to the scene to handle a fuel spill.
