A truck is parked at the entrance to the Ohio Valley Mall as crews work to clean up a mess left behind when another tractor-trailer carrying produce caught fire before dawn Thursday. The Belmont County Sheriff's Department responded, along with fire crews from Cumberland Trail and Neffs.
