Gail Marlene Kemp Barbe, 79, of Belmont, Ohio, passed away at home on July 29, 2026. Marlene was born December 6, 1946, a daughter of the late William Kemp and Katherine Van Dyne Kemp. Marlene was defined by her faith, family, and work ethic. She spent her earlier years raising her beloved children and taking care of the home. Marlene went on to apply her accounting skills for multiple banks and companies around the Ohio Valley.
