Stephen M. Shively, 54, of St. Clairsville, OH, died November 4, 2017.
He was born July 22, 1963, in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late William and Patricia (Craig) Shively. He was an employee at Paramount Support Services, a U.S. Airforce Veteran, and a member of the East Richland Evangelical Friends Church.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Susan (Hretzok) Shively of St. Clairsville; daughter, Stephanie Shively of St. Clairsville; siblings, Craig Shively of St. Clairsville, Andrew Shively of Findlay, OH, April (Richard) Ishmael of Monck's Corner SC, and Janie (Tim) Myers of Lansing, OH.
Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
