Following their meeting Tuesday, the Jefferson County commissioners announced three former EGCC employees who had remained to monitor and maintain the Steubenville campus are now YSU employees. WHEELING — An early morning shooting Saturday led to one victim in stable but critical condition, a pursuit, and the shooter dead by self-inflicted gunshot. Ohio County deputies were called to the Triadelphia area due to a victim being shot around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
