Cleveland man arrested in Belmont County on drug charges

A Cleveland man was recently arrested in Belmont County on felony drug charges, according to Belmont County Sheriff James Zusack. Monta Harris, 28, is currently in Belmont County Jail on charges of cocaine trafficking and cocaine possession, according to a BCSO news release. According to the BSCO, on Sept. 6, the Sheriff’s Criminal Interdiction Unit (Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission) conducted a traffic stop near Ohio 7 and the Moundsville bridge for a minor traffic infraction. Ohio County Long-Term Recovery Board now seeking manpower

WHEELING — The Ohio County Long-Term Recovery Board has received much financial support from the community to assist this summer’s flood victims — as well as donated items from businesses such as appliances, cabinets and drywall. Now the board needs people with the skills to install and nail the donated items in place.
