Dillonvale man dead following Sunday evening crash in Jefferson County

STEUBENVILLE — A Dillonvale man was killed Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash on County Road 10 in Smithfield Township, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The crash occurred at about 8:22 p.m. Aug. 16, approximately two-tenths of a mile west of Ohio 152. Corey Shetler, 29, of Dillonvale, a passenger in the one of the vehicles, died from injuries sustained in the crash. Six more providers indicted for Medicaid fraud in Ohio

The state of Ohio has indicted six Medicaid providers on fraud charges for allegedly stealing $558,383 from the healthcare state-federal program for low-income residents. One of those indicted is a business owner who “allegedly instructed employees to inflate claims,” Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson said.
