Belmont County road projects continue ST. CLAIRSVILLE — The Ohio Department of Transportation announced several ongoing construction projects in Belmont County that may affect traffic. Major work continues on the Interstate 70 and state Route 149 interchange improvement project at Exit 208 near Morristown. One lane of traffic is being maintained on I-70 during construction. Traffic impacts on SR 149 are expected to begin this fall. The project is scheduled for completion in summer 2029. ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Kaitlyn Kuhn pleaded not guilty to one count of endangering children. She was arraigned in Belmont County Common Pleas Court by Judge Chris Berhalter on Thursday morning. Kuhn was represented by Belmont County Public Defender Aaron Miller. Her charge stems from the death of a child while in Kuhn’s care and custody.
