WOODSFIELD -- A juvenile was killed and three others were injured Tuesday evening in a single-vehicle crash in Monroe County that authorities say may have involved alcohol or drug impairment. The Ohio State Highway Patrol said the crash occurred at about 5:15 p.m. on Township Road 350, also known as Wolf Pen Road, in Center Township. According to the patrol, Britney N.
