Richard L. Hesske, 74, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away, Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at his home. He was born December 6, 1948, in Wheeling, WV, to the late Richard and Adeline (Marsala) Hesske. Samuel Gene “Sam” McIntosh passed peacefully at home on April 3, 2023, after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Born April 24, 1951, to the late Robert and Vivian (Kirby) McIntosh, he graduated from Scio High School in 1969 and enlisted in the United States Army, serving in the Vietnam War in 1971.
