Debbie Jo Phillips, 65, of Bellaire, OH., passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born April 8, 1958 in Bellaire, a daughter of the late Nyle W. and Lois Jean Ewan Phillips. Debbie was retired from Belmont Hills Country Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robin, Roger and Glenn Phillips; a sister, Tina Phillips. She was born October 23, 1935 in Bellaire, Ohio a daughter of the late Norman and Lillian (Smith) Greenwood. Norma was a retired Bookkeeper for WesBanco and a Catholic by faith.
