Brian Rogers Sr., 58, of Shadyside, OH passed peacefully on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Liza’s Place, Wheeling. He was born in Moundsville, WV on November 4, 1964 to the late Wayne Joseph and Nancy Iva (Anderson) Rogers.
