She was born on May 1, 1932, in Glen Dale, WV to the late Walter H. and Hilda (Lawson) Finking. Helen was a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College where she graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology. Helen was retired from Barnesville Hospital where she was employed as a lab technologist. Helen was a Methodist by faith and she was an outstanding organist. Ira Eugene “Doc” Householder, 94, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on December 27, 2022 at WVU Barnesville Hospital. He was born on December 14, 1928 in Salesville, Ohio, a son to the late Otis and Chloe Householder. His family moved to Quaker City where he graduated from Quaker City High School in 1949. He then moved to Barnesville where he began his professional career working for Moore’s Store. Sam Horvath, 74, of Lakeland, Fl., formerly of Glen Robbins, Ohio, passed away on December 18, 2022. He was the son of the late Clara Klarr and Henry (Hank) Horvath. Sam was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the US Navy. He is survived by his wife Samantha, of Lakeland, Fl., a daughter Sheri Horvath of Martins Ferry; sons, Sam (Kara) Horvath of Tiltonsville, and Brian of Prairieville, La., grandchildren; Shaylyn, Caden, and Ethan. Sam was also preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie L.Miller.
