Randy L. Ramsey Jr, 42, of Bellaire, OH, passed away peacefully, Sunday November 20, 2022 at WVU Wheeling Hospital after a brief battle with cancer. Randy was born December 16, 1979 in Bellaire, OH. He was employed at Freno’s Bar as a bartender. Randy was known for his kind and gentle nature and his willingness to help anyone. He was an avid lover of all animals, especially his dogs and cat, Louie, Mazi, Doug, Max, Morrison and his best fur friend Jack.
