Patricia “Patty/Pat” (Kindberg) Barnhouse, age 70, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2026, at her home in Katy, Texas, surrounded by family. Born December 17, 1955, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, Patty was the daughter of the late Fred Kindberg (1964) and Ella Mae Mills-Kindberg (2010). She graduated from Buckeye South High School in 1974 and from Ohio Valley Hospital School of Nursing in 1977. Helen Virchie Rutan, 91, of Harrisville, Ohio passed away peacefully Saturday, January 24, 2025, at Trinity Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was born March 8, 1934, in Moundsville, WV, the only child of Lester J. and Mary Miller Cain. She graduated from Moundsville High School and soon married her high school sweetheart, Martin G.
