He was born on August 15, 1936, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son to the late Chester and Edith (Toland) Schau. Richard pursued his academic ambitions with dedication, earning a Bachelor’s degree from West Liberty University followed by a Master’s degree from the University of Dayton. His professional career was marked by his long-standing role as a Guidance Counselor, a position he held with great commitment until his retirement. ...
