MARIETTA – St. Clairsville Post 159 opened American Legion Region 4 Tournament action with a convincing, 12-1, victory over Steubenville Post 33 Tuesday night at Pioneer Park on the campus of Marietta College. The contest was halted after four-and-a-half innings due to the mercy rule.
