Following a two-week pause in response to the coronavirus outbreak, Swank Construction resumed construction on the I-70 Bridges Project this week. Two workers are pictured climbing on rebar cage while building a pier for a new bridge near the Wheeling Tunnel. Swank supervisors are expecting to begin phasing in workers back on project sites this week as they set up additional safety protocols in relation to the coronavirus outbreak.
