Belmont County sheriff's deputies and Bridgeport police officers perform a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 40 and Ohio 7 in Bridgeport on Thursday evening. Law enforcement at the scene said Chief Deputy James Zusack would provide information about the incident on Friday. When contacted Friday afternoon, however, Zusack said, "We're not putting anything out as of yet."
