Harvey Goodman holds annual real estate convention

ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Harvey Goodman, Realtor, a brokerage which primarily serves Belmont, Jefferson, Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Hancock, Marshall, Monroe, Washington, Noble, Wetzel, Tyler and Ohio counties, hosted its annual real estate convention March 21 at Belmont Hills Country Club.

The event brought together inspectors, title companies, lenders and agents to discuss the latest trends and technologies in the industry and honor leading sales agents.

Bill Arnett, a project manager for Ohio Southeast Economic Development, was the keynote speaker.

Arnett covers eight counties and is the shale and energy specialist for Ohio SE, which is the JobsOhio network partner for 25 counties in Eastern and Southeastern Ohio. It works to encourage investment and job growth in targeted industry sectors. He has more than 20 years of economic development experience at the regional and local levels in Ohio and Florida.

Recognized during the dinner for leading in volume sales in 2022 were: Hancock County — Kristine Roberts, first place, and Steve Roberts, second place; Jefferson County — Lorrie Raymond, first place, and Coleena Groch, second place; Marshall County — Stacey Seidler, first place, and Scott Connors, second place; Harrison County — Trisha Mamula, first place, and John Kazemka, second place; and Belmont County — Laney Ross, first place, and Karen DeRosa, second place. Ross also earned the Harvey Goodman Realtor Total Company Volume sales award.
