At 1:21 a.m. Thursday, a deputy checked a suspicious vehicle with West Virginia plates in front of WesBanco bank on East Spring Street in Bethesda. The officer spoke with the driver, who worked there cleaning the bank.
At 12:57 a.m. Thursday, a caller advised she heard arguing at her neighbors' at an address on South Main Street in Bethesda. A deputy responded and checked two lots in the area but did not locate anyone arguing.
At 11:47 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an address on Water Tower Road in Belmont to investigate a report of a disturbance. After arriving, officers reported that nothing physical took place. Parties reportedly had an argument over a computer.
At 7:38 p.m. Wednesday, a caller from High Ridge Road, Bellaire, reported trespassers on the property. A sergeant responded but did not locate trespassers. The complainant requested extra patrols.
At 5:44 p.m. Wednesday, a caller from South Almar Lane in St. Clairsville reported a vehicle ran over a raccoon that was injured and in her driveway. An officer responded and expended one round on the animal, according to the report.
At 1:27 p.m. Wednesday, a deputy was out with a disabled vehicle with West Virginia plates on Barton Road, St. Clairsville. The vehicle was parked off the roadway, and the driver was waiting for help, the report stated.
At 9:32 a.m. Wednesday, a representative of Child Protective Services requested assistance from a deputy at an address on Belmont--Morristown Road, Belmont, where a student from Union Local High School resided.

DEPARTMENT
Officers served a warrant March 21 on Ashley Renee McManus, 34, of Ravine Street, Mingo Junction and transported her to the jail.
Roger L. Hodgson, 51, of Broadway Street, Martins Ferry was charged with driving under suspension, fistito=ious plates, expired registration, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug abuse instruments on Saturday. He was taken to the Belmont County Jail, and no bond amount was listed in the report.
Thomas James Terlau, 33, of Springhaven Road, Wheeling was cited Friday for expired registration and fined $124.
