Landon Isaac Schafer celebrates his fourth birthday on May 1. His parents are Tiffany Schafer and Justin Schafer, both from St. Clairsville. His maternal grandparents are Pam and Tom Habig of St. Clairsville, and his paternal grandparents are Joyce and Bernie Schafer of St. Clairsville. A Paw-Patrol party will be held in his honor, celebrating with family and friends.
