BARNESVILLE — A host of popular entertainers will grace the stage at the Hee Haw Variety Show slated for 7 p.m. Nov. 17 in the Barnesville High School auditorium.

Scheduled to perform are B.J. Mellott, Blake Price, Dustin and Jennifer Kildow, Justice Kildow, Patti Shultz, Alyssa Haught, Tamara and Johnna Sroka, Jean Daniels, Mindy Wilson, Eden, Aven and Ensley Steele, Mike and Melinda Anderson, Jessica and Alayna Shaw, Tony and Alana Huntsman and family, Jim and Ruth Mayhugh, Hannah and Hadley Betts, Terry and Julie McCort, Tyler, Taylor and Jenna McCort, Owen Anderson-Magers, John Barker, and the Hee Haw Bums.

Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus will be making an appearance and will be giving goody bags out to the children. The entire family is invited to come out and listen to “hillbillies” tell a few jokes and sing.

Organizers promise to lift visitors’ spirits and send them home feeling good. The show will provide good, wholesome fun for the entire family.

Discounted tickets are being sold in advance. The price for tickets will be $8 for adults, and $6 for students.

All children under the age of five will be admitted free of charge. All tickets at the door will be $10.

After expenses, all proceeds will benefit Brad McGlumphy and his 3-year-old grandaughter Avery, who is the daughter of Kyle and Lyndsey McGlumphy, who both are battling cancer.

Food will be sold for two hours prior to the show.

The menu for Nov. 17 will be hot turkey sandwiches, sloppy joes, hotdogs, noodles, green beans, macaroni salad, nachos and cheese, pies and drinks. For tickets or more information, call 740-827-3877.

This show carries on the memories of Melodie Mayhugh Wrobel, who lost her life to pancreatic cancer at the age of 34. Door prizes will be awarded and there will also be a silent auction held with the proceeds going to the family.
