BELMONT -- Steve and Theresa Bobot celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary Aug. 25. They were united in marriage Aug. 25, 1967 Thoburn United Methodist Church, in St. Clairsville with the Rev. John Clark.
Bobot, son of Erna Bobot of Holloway and the late Steve Bobot, is retired from Consolidation Coal Co. His wife, Theresa, is the daughter of Alice Moffit of Martins Ferry and the late Charles O. Moffit. She is the pastor of the Belmont United Methodist Church and the Morristown UMC.
They are parents of three children: Kari (Daniel) Wolfe of Jefferson City, Tenn., Kristina (Phillip) Pearson of St. Clairsville and Steve Jr. (Morgan) of White House, Tenn.
They are also the grandparents of Daryle and Micolas Fry of Cheyenne, Wy., Micayla and Mackensie Wolfe of Jefferson City, Tenn., Kristin and Brandon McDonnell of St. Clairsville, Samantha and Brock Pearson of Columbus and Shelly and Jonathan Bobot of White House, Tenn.
