ST. CLAIRSVILLE – Lawrence and Ruth Ann England celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Sept. 9.
England, the son of the late Virginia Kaltenbach England is CEO of the IPA in St. Clairsville. His wife, Ruth Ann (Dabrawsky), is the daughter of the late Theodore and Rose Dabrawsky.
They have 5 children, the late Eric and Leeanne, Marc and his wife Jessica of Woodbridge, Va., Laura Benson and her husband Don of Lewis Center, Ohio, and Scott of Grove City. They have three grandchildren, Evan, Christopher and Leeanne.
They celebrated with family.
