James R. and Edna R. Grella of St. Clairsville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Sept. 21 They were united in marriage Sept. 21, 1957 at the United Methodist Church in Bridgeport.
Grella is the son of late Roy and Sara Grella of Bridgeport. He is a retired salesman of Curtis 1000 and currently employed by Reisbeck's. His wife, is the daughter of late Mary Harper of Bellaire.
The couple have a son Roy and his wife, Patty of Knob Noster, Mo. and a daughter Cheryl and her husband Mike Becker of St.Clairsville. They also have seven grandchildren: Zachary, Isaac, Caleb and Abigail Grella and Jason, Jacob and Danny Becker.
The couple celebrated with a leisure trip to West Virginia to visit some of their favorite places.
