Joseph and Betty Stemkowski will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary Sept. 12. They were married on Sept. 12, 1942.
They have four children, Joe Jr., Betty Ann Banfield and her husband Russ, and Frances Hartman, all of St. Clairsville, and Mary Elizabeth Maziek of San Antonio, Texas. They have four grandchildren, David, Tony, Joe and Janel. They also have two great-grandchildren, Cameron and Rylie.
Family and friends will celebrate their marriage with cards, well wishes and good thoughts throughout the week.
