wedding anniversary
MR. AND Mrs. Andrew P. Kurucz celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Oct. 19. They were united in marriage at the Calvary Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville with the Rev. Frank Montgomery officiating.
Kurucz is retired from Y & O Coal Company, Cadiz mine. His wife, Charlotte, is the former Charlotte McMahon of Glencoe.
They are parents of six children, Andrew of Wheeling, Tina (Fred) Holub of St. Clairsville, Diana Dillon of St. Clairsville, Ruth (Rob) Biggerstaff of Wellsburg, David (Susan) of St. Clairsville and Kevin of St. Clairsville.
They also have seven grandchildren, Fred Michael and Alexandra Holub, Ryan and Justin Dillon, Andy Handley, Robert and Danny Biggerstaff. One great-grandchild, Jacek.
A family celebration was held on Saturday, Oct. 20.
