SPOTWOOD and Ida Green celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, Nov. 22. The couple was married on Nov. 22, 1957 at St. Paul's Church by Reverend Walker.
Green is the president of Green Lance Inc. in Bellaire, and retired from AAA Garment previously in Bellaire.
They are the parents of four children, Nakita Louis Willis and her husband, John, of St. Clairsville; Mark Spotwood Green, of Houston, Texas; Stephon McKinley Green and his wife, Luisa of St. Clairsville, and Marie Ellen Green of Katy, Texas. They have eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A surprise party was held at the Banquet View Room, Wilson Lodge in Oglebay Park, Saturday, Nov. 24.
