BRIDGEPORT -- Joseph A. Jr. (Joe) and Patricia (Patsy) Strauss are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary Feb. 27. They were united in marriage Feb. 27, 1958 at St. Joseph, Bridgeport.
Strauss is the son of the late Joseph Strauss and the son of the late Andy Soltis. His mother is Cleo Soltis (Pat). His wife, Patricia, is the daughter of the late William and Ruth Powell.
They have a son and three daughters, Joe and Jayme Strauss of Lansing, Carol and Bob Fry of Warwood, Tammie and Lance Vicker of Maynard and Patti and David Zigaceek of Martins Ferry. They have eight grandchildren, Eric and Jenna Strauss, Alisa, Nikki and Zack Fry, Matthew and Amy Vicker and Victoria Zigaceek and two great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Brendan.
The Strauss' will celebrate with a family dinner.
