Mr. and Mrs. William A. Miller of Westlawn, Colerain Pike, Martins Ferry are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. They were united in marriage May 5, l948, by the late Rev. L.E. Bee in Wheeling.
Miller is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Miller. He is retired from the Martins Ferry Plant of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel. His wife, the former Joan Sheleva, is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Sheleva.
They are the parents of Bill Jr. (Rhoda Ann) of Chicago, Ill., Judi (Robert) Gildow of Bridgeport, Paula Hill of Martins Ferry, Cindy (Gary) Neitzelt of Columbus, John (Juli) of Athens, Larry of San Diego, Calif., Tom (Juliane) of Alexandria, Va. and Andrew (Julie) of Weyers Cave, Va. They also have 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
A mass will be celebrated in the couple's honor at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Ukrainian Catholic Church, Wheeling, today. A dinner with family and friends will follow.
