Carl and Marjorie Foster of 39075 Old State Route 147, Bethesda, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today, June 15. They were united in marriage at an open church ceremony in the South Main Street Church of Christ, Bethesda with the late J.V.A. Traylor officiating.
Foster is the son of the late Fred and Edna Stonebraker Foster. He is retired from Consolidation Coal Co. analytical department. His wife Marjorie is the daughter of the late Dennis and Gail White Jenewein. She is retired from the First National Bank of Barnesville.
They are the parents of three sons, Stephen, Timothy and Joseph (Carrie) Foster.
