50th wedding anniversary: Cook

Raymond and Dorothy Cook celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary June l4.They were married June l4, l958 at the Lansing United Methodist Church in Lansing by the late Rev. James Martin.

Cook is the son of the late James and Olive Cook and is retired from the Ohio Department of Education where he was the assistant director division of school finance. He also was an educator with teaching, principal, and superintendent of schools in the Harrison Hills, Rolling Hills and Bridgeport School Districts. He presently works with the Catholic Conference of Ohio. His wife Dorothy is the daughter of the late James and Anna Lepic of Bridgeport and retired in 1993 from Belmont National Bank where she was a personal banking officer.

They have four children: Ray (Michele) of Westerville, Sheri (Mark) Dillon of Westerville, Kimberly (Eric) Culp of Pickerington, and Robert (Paula) of Blacklick, Ohio. They have l0 grandchildren: Ray and Kayla Cook; Kristen, Ali and Jon Dillon; Kelsey and Kaci Culp, and Ashton, Amber and Allison Cook.

They celebrated by having a family photograph taken and also hosted a family dinner party at Ruth Chris Steak house in Columbus.
