CENTERVILLE – Ralph and Diddy Delaney of Centerville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on July 12. They were united in marriage on July 13, 1958, at the Armstrong Mills Methodist Church.
Delaney is the son of the late Newell and Clara Delaney. His wife, Diddy, is the daughter of Pudge Tomlinson and the late Clinton Tomlinson.
They are parents of a daughter, Colleen (Marty) Parker, and two sons, Michael (Amy) Delaney of Centerville and John (Bridget) Delaney of Barnesville. They have five grandchildren: Jessica (Parker) Muncy, Sara Parker, Brennan Delaney, Allison Delaney, Jenny Delaney and one great-granddaughter, Oliva Nardo.
