John and Norma Anderson are celebrating their 53rd wedding anniversary. They were united in marriage July 30, 1955 at the Nazarene Church in Shadyside with the the Rev. Theodore offciating.
Anderson, son of the late John and Elsie Anderson of Bellaire, is retired from the Shadyside Stamping Plant (International Harvester). His wife, Norma, is the duaghter of the late Earl and Fay Stillion of Shadyside.
They are the parents of four daughters: Colleen Lee and her husband Denny of Bethlehem, Pat Anderson of Bridgeport, Jackie Kidder and her husband Brent of Bellaire, and Ellen Murphy and her husband Ken of Shadyside. They have 10 grandchildren and will welcome their first great-grandchild in August.
